Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
All participants must register through the online registration form.
All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Congress Secretariat (info@iatdmct2020.org) on or before August 15, 2020 in order for registration fees to be refunded. Cancellation charges:
• Up to and including August 15, 2020: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
• After August 15, 2020: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.
Member Rates:
The discounted Member Registration Fees apply to current members of IATDMCT. All other delegates should register in the non-member category.
